Shalabh is currently the CEO of School for Social Entrepreneurs India. Alumnus - Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, Indian Law Institute and Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India. He has eighteen years of multi-sectoral experience in health, livelihoods, water, sanitation and social entrepreneurship. He has facilitated start-up social enterprises among women affected by HIV/AIDS.
He has several studies & projects for various international development organizations, such as World Bank & FAO at the UN. He has experience of working with government and advising on several projects. He worked with Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India and was heading the Institute's Centre for Social Entrepreneurship & CSR. He is the founding Member of Aashray - Promotion of Social Enterprises Foundation, a Government of India approved Techno-Social Business Incubator.

Kuldip is a social entrepreneur and innovation specialist working for development needs. He is working with teams and building partnerships to find solutions empathically for challenging problems of people in need. Earlier he was leading initiatives at the Times of India Foundation and Aidmatrix. Demonstrating the power of ideas, innovation, and technology to make a difference, he has worked extensively across geographies and deployed solutions across India and internationally.

Deepa Pant


Founder and Director - Amaryan Care - Svatanya India Foundation


A NIFT post graduate, equipped with 19+ years of extensive hands-on experience in design, production, merchandising, quality assurance, buying and retail in domestic and international apparel industry. Besides apparel, she has significant experience in Indian handicrafts, corporate & sports merchandise consulting along with exposure to jewellery designing.
In both the previous organizations she worked with, she was the COO driving business operations, but her role often extended to product design, business development and marketing. A pull towards handicrafts, fuelled with a strong desire to contribute to gender equality and women empowerment, lead her to leverage her expertise to give back to the society. Leaving an illustrious corporate career, she launched SVATANYA, a social enterprise that empowers underprivileged women by skilling them to make handcrafted products, which are later sold under its in-house labels, AMARYN and My Munchkin.
She has also launched a crowdfunding initiative AMARYN Care to distribute soft toys to underprivileged kids who are differently abled, suffering from terminal ailments, or living in slums. This serves the two-pronged strategy of providing regular work to women in addition to spreading joy and cheer among the underprivileged kids.

She had Previously worked with Ernst and Young, India for Marketing and Business Development in Transaction Advisory Service (TAS).

She also Worked as Financial Analyst with Advantage Data Inc. (Financial Services) Boston, USA prior to Ernst & Young, India

She had 8+ years of well-grounded experience in Financial Analysis, Valuations, Business Modeling, Bond Valuation and Loan Pricing with Ernst and Young India and Advantage Data Inc. (Financial Services) Boston, MA, USA.

She Secured a certificate in financial planning from Harvard University, MA and Investment Banking from Investment Banking Institute, Boston, MA
